Upon completion of this assessment we will identify which are your strengths and which are your improvement areas. Your dedicated Engagement Manager will work with you to develop these areas, helping you to achieve your full potential.

Through constant reviews with our Employed Consultants we understand where there is a need for further development or enhancement of the current attributes.
It may be the case that you have the technical capabilities which are currently in high demand but feel you could improve on the business skills to help you reach your full potential.
We constantly monitor the market place ensuring we know what skills are and will be required by our clients. We look to develop consultants who have proven their abilities by successfully working on assignment for Capita through internal and external training courses so that we can meet client demands and bridge the current and future skills gaps.
As an employed consultant you can enjoy a variety of assignments, throughout the UK with different clients from corporate to SME. This allows you to experience different working environments and cultures all the time developing your skills. Some of our clients include. Wherever possible we will always endeavour to allocate you an assignment within 40 miles or 90 minutes commute of your home location. (However we may require consultants to work away from home).
