The Sales division at Capita IT Resourcing is designed to give full commitment to both candidates & clients. We pride ourselves on being a consultancy not an agency & by definition we consult with both the client & candidate.
We spend an average of 3 hours with each candidate before sending them across to a client for an interview. Within this time period we attend to their needs by understanding fully what the candidates motivations are. From here we help the candidate build a profile befitting of the role they are going for with the sole aim of them achieving the position they desire.
Our values & processes are unique, we guarantee to save clients’ money. With our bespoke process & candidate control we make it very easy for the client to decide who to employ.
We work with a large number of well-known IT, Telecoms & Technology businesses throughout the UK. Our interview to placement ratio is 3:1 meaning a client will only need to interview 3 candidates before making an offer. This is down to our diligent, professional, consultative processes.
