VIP Support Analyst to work for a FTSE 250 organisation. Our customer is one of the largest British companies in the world and due to expansion across the support function, an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated VIP Support Analyst has arisen. The role will be based in new, and prestigious HQ offices based in the heart of Central London.

The nature of the role will be to provide desktop and technical to support the Executive Leadership team and Board Members. You will be the face of the Group Technology function to senior leadership, assisting them with the use of technology which includes desktop, Wi-Fi, connectivity, Office 365, AV and telecoms. The role will involve working across the company, working with the different technology teams and technology suppliers to ensure that staff experience a VIP technology service, delivered seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience providing high calibre 1st & 2nd Line Support services to VIP and Executives leadership communities. Strong experience with supporting Microsoft (Windows 7/10, O365) and Apple technologies is also required. Strong communication skills and experience of supporting VIP's / Executives is seen as highly desirable.
