Technical Support Manager

Looking for a Technical Support Manager to work for a global organisation based in Reading.

The successful Technical Support Manager will have a strong systems technical background with experience of systems management, networking, voice products and strong management experience.

Technical Support Manager Skills

  • Security administration (VPN, remote access)
  • VMWare
  • Understanding of Virtualisation products (VMWare, Hyper-V)
  • Experience of administering and maintaining infrastructure systems
  • ITIL foundation
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN
  • Defining and managing teams to KPIs
  • Azure & 365 knowledge
