I am currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join an innovative, rapidly expanding managed services provider based in the Reading Area.

Joining an established Service Desk function you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of managing incidents, following the correct process and procedure in order to resolve client issues in a timely manner.

You will sit on the Service Desk function, fronting the field for customer issues and being the first point of contact for many. You will need to have previous service desk experience, paired with an interest in IT and a good telephone manner. Understanding the principles of ITIL and experience with Active Directory and Exchange would be beneficial, however is not required.

We are seeking people who can come in and make an impression; the quicker you pick things up, the more responsibilities that you will be given.
