Capita IT Resourcing are currently working with a highly succesful Multinational client based in Bedford assisting them in their search for a Technical Account Coordinator.

The Technical Account Coordinator will have the responsibility to ensure that service levels are met and contracts are retained by proactively managing customer expectations. This will include completing supporting documentation, on-site meetings, ensuring resources are available to complete work, discuss future needs and seek new opportunities for promoting Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage all aspects of the customer contracts
  • Assist with the financial aspects of the consultancy Service working with the Operations Manager - Consultancy
  • Work towards targets and goals as set out by the line manager and demonstrate an understanding of how you will achieve these in your 1-1 meetings and reviews
  • Create and maintain internal OLAs and supporting ITIL v3-based procedures
  • To deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set out by Technical Services Management and report on these to the business
  • Contribute effectively to forecasting and reporting processes
  • To work effectively and flexibly with all other Technical teams to help collectively achieve targets across Technical Services
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities which will help deliver increased service levels, or quality improvements
  • To maintain a professional attitude and stay customer focused at all times
  • To plan, lead and partake in specified operational projects
  • Other tasks set out by the business or business unit manager

  • Strong technology knowledge, ability to grasp and understand architectures

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills

  • Manages deadlines successfully
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
