*Working from home* Solutions Support Analyst needed to join a technology leader in real-time optimisation and workforce management solutions. This business offers its customers a choice of on-premise or hosted software as a service.
Solutions Support Analyst will ensure my clients customers achieve maximum benefit and satisfaction from all services. This is a varied position which requires technical ability, understanding and flexibility.
Responsibility;
- First customer contact for 2/3rd line support to analyse, diagnose and resolve issues with the broader support team
- Testing new software releases and customer configurations prior to installation
- Testing and go-live for new customer deployments and configure system demonstrations for new customers
- Provide general support
Skills needed;
- 2 years' experience working in a software support position for business applications and customer environments
- Proficient with SQL and relational databases
- Strong Excel experience
- Experience of CRM
- Strong problem solving
- Understating of SOAP/XML web services
