We currently have a requirement for a Solutions Account Manager who will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across the People Solutions Consulting Tower and expand existing services within the current client portfolio.

The Consulting Tower includes two core products;

Novus programme: IT skills development graduate scheme whereby candidates are trained prior to being assigned to a client.

Employed Resource Model: a professional consultant scheme whereby candidates are deployed into customer assignments

Role and Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of clients' business objectives, with the aim of maximising our sell of value-added services, whilst providing a strategic approach on how we service all our clients and achievement of financial budgets across a portfolio of new and existing business.

Driving stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of pre identified clients in conjunction with the account management teams. Map out, develop and cultivate key client engagement at the right level, in the 'buying area'

Identify clients' requirements and develop accountable solutions to deliver business results and drive innovation for clients

To lead and execute client development plans for key client relationships (to deliver revenue against targets per client solution)

To identify gaps for both the client and internally, and make strategic recommendations

Understand all services of Capita Resourcing brands, including value add services to support strategic account development

Stay abreast of trends and understand the unique opportunities and challenges that affect clients' business initiatives

Work in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure current and prospect Capita Resourcing clients receive market reports, white papers, invitations to seminars, breakfast and roundtable events.

Develop and nurture CRM's to enable and promote commercial upskilling for account growth and opportunity identification

  • Has proven experience of expanding the depth and breadth of customer relationships, identifying and understanding their current and future needs and deriving appropriate service offerings.

Background and experience

Demonstrable track record of selling a range of exclusive, project and managed service models within staffing industry

Will have experience of managing the end to end sales process from initial scoping, solution design, bid preparation, presentations,

Ability to demonstrate extensive and effective stakeholder engagement in addition to working alongside and with internal teams such as back office, finance, bid and sales teams.
