Service Desk Team Leader required to join an innovative, rapidly expanding FTSE 100 organisation in the Coventry area.

Following recent acquisitions we are seeking a Service Desk Team Leader to come and join the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the Service Desk, ensuring that members of the team have direction on a daily basis. Holding 1 to 1s, assigning workload and handling escalations.

As this is to lead a brand new Service Desk, you will be involved in the full-lifecycle from day one. You will be involved in the recruitment and setting up of the Service Desk, morphing it into your own vision in able to get the best possible results for clients who utilise the Service Desk.

In order to be considered for the position you will need to have at least 12 months experience within a Service Desk environment. You will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for helping others and show that you have the tools to lead a team.
