I am currently seeking a Service Desk Manager to join an innovative, rapidly expanding FTSE 100 organisation based in Coventry.

Joining to head up the Service Desk function you will be responsible for managing junior employees, providing support where necessary, handling escalations, holding 1 to 1s and any other responsibilities which may fall under the remit of running the Service Desk.

The Service Desk covers all brands under the organization, providing 1st line support, processing incidents and service requests, escalating to another department where necessary.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, either currently working as a Service Desk Manager/Leader, or as a senior who provides guidance to junior employees.
