Service Desk Analyst x 2

Capita IT Resourcing is currently recruiting for two Service Desk Analysts to join our software client on a permanent basis. The roles are based in Chelmsford and has a primary responsibility of investigation, escalation and progression to closure of issues within the software and associated applications as used within schools. Candidates will be expected to communicate with customers demonstrating high levels of professionalism and to take ownership and maintain regular contact with the customer.

Essential skills:

- Previous experience of working within a customer support or education environment
- Confident user of MS Office Suite
- Ability to problem solve and analyse customer issues
- Good communication skills
- Punctual, flexible and adaptable

Desirable skills:

- Knowledge of the education sector (SIMS software)
- Experience of Online Service products including Apps
- Confident user of mobile devices
- Full driving licence for occasional visits or attendance at customer events
