An industry leading FTSE 100 insurance and benefits organisation are currently seeking a Service Desk analyst to join their in-house support team. This team is responsible for providing and maintaining insurance benefits to over a million people throughout the UK - working with some of the largest organisations across Britain.
Joining the support team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of user accounts across a vast variety of platforms and applications. Utilising Active Directory, you will create and manage user accounts, provide pro-active support; administrating accounts, monitoring accounts, documenting incidents & providing fixes as & when they arise.

Key skills required:
