I am currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join an industry-leading FTSE 100 organisation based in the Wiltshire area.
Joining the service delivery team you will undertake the daily responsibilities required to maintain accounts to support business requirements, along with recording any incidents which could potentially impact business critical systems. Being proficient in the use of SharePoint would be highly advantageous for the role - but is not something that is required.
Key skills required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong IT skills
- ITIL foundation certified
- Be a strong self-starter
- Quick learner
- Passionate about working in a team & furthering yourself
- Knowledge of SharePoint would be highly advantageous
