Capita is currently working with one of the UK's leading Smart Metering organisations that offer Business to business support for more than 200 companies that are working with the data communications.

They are currently looking for exceptional service desk analysts to join them in a customer support and service desk capacity providing support, advice, guidance and incident management to everyone involved in the implementation programme. Your role is to ensure that all interactions with our customers are logged accurately within our toolset and that their processes are adhered to. You will manage a workload of incidents and requests raised by both our customers and 3rd party service providers and will own these until resolution.

The ideal candidates will have experience within a customer focused environment whether it be a service desk, call centre, helpdesk or retail industries. A basic level of Microsoft word and excel experience is required along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail will be critical to ensure that all customers receive the best service possible. If you understand ITIL and a working knowledge of remedy as a service management toolset that would be desirable.
