Service Desk Agent

Looking for a Service Desk Agent to join a massive FTSE 250 UK organisation based in Central London. This company sell software to emergency services across the UK such as The Police, Ambulance, and Fireman etc. My Client is looking for a customer service focused person who has experience within a call centre or similar environment to become the first point of contact for their customers. You will be supporting customers with IT issues over the phone, helping them with any problems they have, you'll be provided with training and have the option to either work 08:00AM - 16:00PM or 09:00AM - 17:00PM

Skills -

  • Customer services experience 1 year+
  • Desktop experience or 1st line support/ but not a MUST
