We are Recruiting for a Service Designer (Customer Experience ) for a Multinational FTSE 250 Client in Leeds on a permanent basis , paying between £30,000 - £35,000.

This is a pivotal role within our Worldwide Automotive Client's Customer Experience team and will play a key part in designing and improving the experience for the Client and their customers. The role will require you to understand and map cross channel customer interaction.

Accountabilities & Activities

  • Understand multichannel customer journeys, working with operational teams and subject matter experts.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement from customer journey mapping and other insight gathering techniques.
  • Complete project mandates for opportunities identified through implementing customer journey mapping.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Participate in customer journey workshops and forums, capturing requirements from the audience.
  • Develop and design innovative solutions to eliminate failure demand and maximise our self-serve channels
  • Analyse and review processes within the customer journeys

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • Comfortable working in virtual teams where a confident style needs to be balanced with diplomatic sensitivity
  • Practical experience of customer journey mapping
  • Experience in application of business improvement methodologies (e.g Lean Six Sigma)
  • Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience of delivering improvements to the customer experience with tangible benefits
  • Expert Visio experience (or other tools iGraphix, CaseWise, Aris)
  • Experience in demanding senior client-facing positions
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven successful delivery within multi-functional teams
  • Experience of customer journey mapping techniques in another organisation
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
