Service Delivery Project Manager required by our leading client in Hayes to work within their clients' Application Assurance on global customer and Internal shared service projects.
Service / delivery / Integration / PM / stakeholder / Software / Network / Cloud

The Global Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of application assurance services and technologies to internal and external customers. They will also be responsible for establishing policies designed to ensure re-usability and consistently high service performance, monitoring employees and evaluating customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

Project Management

  • Plan and manage all service delivery projects in your service area, from pre-sales assessment and design, through post-sales technical readiness and functional requirements sign-off, to onboarding, training and in-life maintenance support.
  • Ensure all operational, technical and functional requirements are understood, documented and delivered throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Owner of the service delivery processes, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Effectively coordinate and drive project members to deliver on project tasks on time and to expected quality
  • Effectively manage and update project controls and plans and validate with the customer deliverables, success and service criteria compliance
  • Drive internal and third party project and service review meetings covering projects progress and governance, performance, service improvements, quality and processes.

Performance & Quality

  • Work with internal and third party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services
  • Provide regular and accurate management reporting on projects and service performance
  • Ensure all projects are recorded and updated on corporate project and task management tool (Jira)
  • Be accountable for the quality of Service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systems and resources.

Customer and Stakeholders Management

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers (internal and external) and the key business stakeholders (senior management, Product, Architecture, development, partners, etc.) reviewing Service Delivery reports to an agreed schedule or upon request

Experience and Skills
Service Delivery

  • Strong experience of successfully managing technical and/or service delivery projects and able to evidence the use of project management and operational management standards and procedures across areas of service delivery.
  • Preferred knowledge of all aspects of service delivery with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Good presentation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • An obsession of customer satisfaction.


  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding of software and IT/Network infrastructure (Software application technologies -e.g. object-oriented programming, html, etc., Cloud and network).
  • Experience with Application Performance Management disciplines, tools, processes and techniques will be an advantage.
