Service Assurance Manager (SAM) needed to join a FTSE100 company working directly with the armed forces and MOD. This is an exciting position that offers a great working environment as you breach the gap between civilians and the armed forces.
As the Serve Assurance Manager (SAM) you will be ensuring that the services are being delivered through projects and change and will be managed to a strict and agreed deadline. You will also be required to co-ordinate all service level reports and relationships across many 3rd party suppliers, as well as removing risk from the project lifecycle through solid relationship management.

Personal experience and skills needed:
- Broad IT Background
- ITIL Certified (Min foundation level required)
- Excellent relationship skills
- Minimum of 2 years' in an administration role, delivering release management or service management functions
- Proficient in project management lifecycle
- Strong MS Office application suite
- Self-motivated and results driven
