Senior Product Manager (Software, Lean Product Management) Felxible Working

Senior Product Manager to work for a large, dynamic software and services provider that are going through an exciting transformation and period of growth. The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for ongoing product governance, defining priorities and managing product performance against business plan, escalating significant issues to senior management where required, ensuring cross functional alignment and integration to support product launches across the business.

Due to the nature of the role and travel there will be some flexibility in relation to working from home.

The nature of the role for the Product Manager is to working within a product management team that build software products for the financial services sector. The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying how new products may create new opportunities and how to adapt existing products to create new opportunities, being the voice of the customer! Prioritise product requirements and own the product backlog. Create validated ideas as epics and engage with Product Owner and Delivery team to progress epics. Overall owner of the product backlog and responsible of setting the main validated priorities.Demonstrate the latest iterations to customers (pre-release) and gather feedback. Work closely with product owner to ensure joint approach and sharing of ideas and collaboration

Management of the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Product Manager will be responsible for defining the market driven strategy and vision to meet or exceed the business plan. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research. Analysing potential partner relationships for the product to enhance the capability or fill gaps where appropriate.

The ideal Product Manager will have strong Lean Product Management experience from a software product management background having worked of product roadmaps and driving software related products to market. the ideal senior product manager will have strong communication skills and experience of working in an agile environment.
