Senior Account Manager - Guildford - up to £45k+ £6k Car Allowance and Benefits

My client who are an award winning solutions provider based in Guildford have a fantastic opportunity for an Senior Account Manager.

The role will require managing existing customer accounts, securing new clients and generate sales revenue to achieve required targets.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing & Developing customers
  • Winning new business and acquiring new customers
  • Producing proposals and reports
  • Identifying specific needs and opportunities and recommending products, services and solutions to address those requirements.
  • Developing revenue and scope of services and associated adoption within customers
  • Developing and managing relationships across customers with responsibility for planning, engagement and communications across respective teams
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the marketplace, including sector opportunities and collaboration / partnering opportunities
  • Chairing / planning technical workshop meetings and engagement
  • Liaising with internal resource and third party resource managing communications and coordinating efforts in support of successful bids and client development strategies
  • Working with clients to establish, develop, document and manage long term satisfaction and account development plans
  • Responsible for identifying sustainability and growth initiatives for the account and ensuring their execution
  • Highlighting problems, opportunities and areas of concern which would create risk within a customer relationship / experience or hinder development opportunities
  • Responsible for managing the development, execution, reporting and communication of sales projects and on-going development programs.

Proven experience and track record in a similar role at an Telecoms company essential as this is a great opportunity with a fantastic package and chance for progression.
