SAP Payroll Consultant
London

£500 p/d


I am currently on the lookout for a SAP Payroll Consultant to join a client of mine based in London.
What you'll be doing

  • Working in the SAP HCM team (Operations), you will be responsible for BAU activity which covers supporting the business with delivering change requests to either existing or new SAP Payroll-related functionality;
  • Support local country Payroll teams during payroll processing;
  • Support Payroll year end activity and reporting;
  • Implement Country Legal Changes (CLC's) and be actively involved in the implementation and testing of HR Support Packs;
  • Manage payroll queries that are raised in the Service Desk system;
  • Finalise the GDPR process for purging HR data based on country retention criteria. This will involve testing the SAP ILM and custom purging tools. Thereafter, administer data purges as per the defined process.


What you'll bring


You must have proven and recent experience of implementing and supporting SAP Payroll for UK, Ireland, Switzerland, India or South Africa, with solid knowledge of Personnel Administration and Organisation Management modules, ideally with integration to other SAP Modules such as FI/CO. Experience of Absence Management, Benefits Management would be advantageous as would knowledge of Workday, but not essential.

  • Organised and methodical approach to managing workload, following best practices;
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, keen awareness of audience, able to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences and confidently engage with a varied range of stakeholders, being a trusted advisor.
