My client a leading solutions provider, are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their newly formed Salesforce practice. This is a completely home based role and will allow any candidate to work remotely from any location in the UK. This role will involve advocating best practice of Salesforce use & proposing technical solutions to business problems using the Salesforce platform. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Digital teams you'll be responsible for the technical administration of Salesforce. You will be confident implementing process change alongside technical changes through configuration, customization and eco-system solutions across a number of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service and Commerce)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

o User, access management, Profile & Role set up
o Setting rules and workflow
o Preparation of reports and dashboards
o Data management, including cleansing, monitoring quality and structuring

  • Management of a backlog of customer requests

o Prioritising and refining requirements in collaboration with product owners
o Support operational requests and problem resolution

  • Develop training materials and deliver training to the wider business as required to increase adoption and overall productivity
  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
