Sales Account Administrator

Job Summary:

To provide sales, marketing and general administrative support:

  • Administering pre/post sales processes
  • Build and manage Excel reports for tracking and supporting sales
  • Manage the internal marketing messages via Yammer, LinkedIn and Microsoft Teams and be initial point of contact.
  • Assist in assessment and induction days, supporting the team to identify the 'right hires for the right teams'

Responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating the company CRM database with required information
  • Supporting and administrating any bid proposals, ensuring they are submitted within the timescales required.
  • Ensuring data across CRM and Excel is always correct
  • Managing the continuous Internal marketing messages via group emails, LI and O365 toolkit (Yammer, Teams etc)
  • General administrative support to the Sales Manager

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent written English language skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You will be confident in managing conflicting demands and changing priorities and be happy to work on multiple activities concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Marketing knowledge and understanding of Social Media and Brand Awareness
  • Flexibility
