Release Manager - 6 Months - London - £440 - £460 Per Day - ASAP

I am currently on the hunt for a Release Manager for a leading client of mine based in the heart of London - This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic global organisation who are at the cutting edge of technology. The Role

  • You will own release management which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise, of multiple applications in a mission critical environment.
  • The releases will be inclusive of application updates, security improvements, projects and programmes.
  • You will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code through development, test and production environments. Working collaboratively across European locations supporting developers and testers as they setup their build, dev & test environments.
  • The Release Manager responsibilities will also include building the release calendar, centralising the view of all releases and will assist in ensuring project milestones adhere to the integrity of releases and can be measured.
  • This position also works with IT Management to improve processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying and updating software and environments.
  • The Release Manager will also help define the strategic direction of release management.


  • Strong release management experience
  • Demonstrable ability to co-ordinate across teams
  • Demonstrable experience of release management in a Software Delivery environment
  • Knowledge of Jenkins, Codestream, Maven, Ansible/Chef preferred.
