Project Support Administrator

An exciting new opportunity has opened for an experienced administrator to join us in our Basingstoke office on a 12-month Fixed term Contract. Capita are looking for a hard-working candidate who loves to really get stuck in and take control of their own workload.

If you have clear communication skills and looking to work in a diverse team, this could be the position for you.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Maintaining of user data and updates
  • Ordering stock and tracking deliveries via internal processes
  • Arranging couriers and collections
  • Booking resource availability and maintaining resource calendar
  • Track and follow up on actions to support the team in delivery of projects.
  • Establish great working relationships with the support teams.
  • Contributes to progress status reporting

What will you need?

  • Use of Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Good attention to detail, data management and organisation skills
  • Independent working
  • Awareness of operating to processes
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
