Project Manager - Service Management and Remediation
6 Month Contract
£550 p/d

Capita's leading Bristol based client is looking to secure the services of a Project Manager for an initial 6 months contract starting ASAP, managing a remediation.

The role will be to manage 2 projects concurrently, working jointly with a major subcontractor and their client. The output of these projects will enable their Service Management operation to continually improve its offering to their client.

This role involves the management and control of projects from Initiation to Closure.

This will include:

  • Coordination of all internal and subcontractor activities across multiple workstreams, providing assurance to the management teams that the subcontractor initiatives are running to schedule and will deliver the intended outputs
  • Manage the interaction between project and Service Management teams, to ensure close joint working and control over project activities that affect BAU service support
  • Service Management SME
  • Risk and Issues Management

Key Skills:

  • ITIL Certified
  • Service Management Background
  • Worked at an Outsourcing/Consultancy organisation
  • Prince2
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Worked on client accounts (understand technical elements involved including Solutions Architecture, Infrastructure and Applications)
