Experience Project Manager with premises, facilities experience required by our leading client in Aldershot to manage their global facilities and relocation projects.

Responsible for the Project Management for the entire life cycle of facilities and premises relocation related projects.

  • Prepare, implement and monitor a detailed Project Delivery Plan to ensure all project outcomes are successfully achieved.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the projects internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for business case production.

    Skills and experience require:
  • Previous project management experience in the delivery of premises facilities projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to assign project tasks and effectively manage these in a professional manner.
  • Planning and budgeting experience.
