Project Manager - Chichester

The Local Government Digital Customer Experience team within Capita is responsible for delivering quality solutions for the delivery of services to local government customers that provide the best customer experience, optimising digital services and opportunities. It is with this in mind, that we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work alongside Solution architects, Programme managers, Service designers and Customer experience /user experience analysts to deliver a large scale and complex digital process enabled business change programme. A good knowledge of customer experience, automation, customer advocacy, digital best practice design, customer service design standards, insight & analysis tools & techniques, and project/programme delivery is required and ideally any Local government experience would be welcome.


  • Delivering more than one large scale/complex digital process enabled business change programme
  • Experience of managing third party suppliers, including contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of the multi-channel customer services digital market
  • Operated at project manager level and has extensive industry wide Project management skills and expertise
  • Excellent numeric skills and excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Lean/six sigma
  • Working in a local government or BPO environment
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Agile
  • Marketing and Social Media Strategy
