Experienced Project Coordinator required by our leading client in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in PMO activities across a range of technology streams.
This role can be based in Hayes or Aldershot.

Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the delivery of numerous small projects concurrently.
Project planning and tracking.
Managing dependencies.
Following up stakeholders sometimes executives to close actions
Tracking costs, identifying project risk.
Maintain project data within the project management tools to ensure clear and concise information on all projects.
Report on progress on the projects.
Meeting organisation, documentation and facilitation

Skills & Experience Required:
Ability to use standard project management tools and techniques
Well versed with MS Outlook (emails, calendars etc.), MS Excel, MS Power point
Manage multiple tasks, conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Monitor your workload to ensure that all issues are resolved and appropriate communication levels are maintained
Listen and question effectively to identify team and customer requirements
Ability to direct others appropriately i.e. appropriate use of: Assertion, Control and Confidence
Identify, control and manage unexpected challenges and issues
Manage colleague and customer frustrations and expectations to provide excellent service and a positive customer outcome
Build and maintain professional working relationships across the business
Understanding of an Industry recognised Project Management methodology
