Project Administrator / Coordinator

Experience Project Administrator / Co-Ordinator required by our Leading global client In Aldershot
This will be an initial 6-month contract providing support activities to a team of project / service managers.
You will have previous support experience as part of a PMO team or acting as support to a Project Manager within a commercial organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing support activities to senior project / service management.
Involvement in Ad hoc project activities.
Collating producing monthly reports and SLA compliance reporting Onboarding (Creating accounts and PO's).
Fleet Management, Finance ordering, Owner of SharePoint Library.
Undertake general administrative duties as required to assist Service managers and their customers. Meeting organisation, documentation and facilitation

Skills & Experience Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well versed with MS Outlook (emails, calendars etc.), MS Excel, MS Power point
Manage multiple tasks, conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Monitor your workload to ensure that all issues are resolved, and appropriate communication levels are maintained
