I am currently seeking an Application Support Manager to join a rapidly expanding FTSE 100 company based in the Bury St Edmunds area.

Your job will be to lead the team of 5 Problem Analysts and to direct and motivate the Problem Management team in the analysis, root cause and resolution of live problem tickets. Primarily focusing on application support & root cause analysis; this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join one of the largest organisations within the UK at an already senior level, with the opportunity to excel and advance your career.

Key skills required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a line management position
  • Software/application support experience
  • To be proficient in the use of SQL and related tools such as SQL*PLUS
  • Degree in computing/IT (minimum 2:2)
  • ITIL V3
