Portfolio Analyst

Portfolio Analyst to work for Capita Group PLC. Capita are one of the largest British companies in the world and due to growth and transformation, are now seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join their team. The role will be based in an exceptional, freshly built office in the heart of Central London.

Overview - Capita are going through a large period of transformation and in-turn are radically changing their central IT function. The group has 6 major divisions and over 70k staff in the UK. IT is now being driven by the central Group CIO function instead of locally within the divisions. There are a huge amount of exciting, large-scale transformation workstreams in place to create a world-class IT function that delivers cutting edge, customer-focused services for all their corporate IT systems.

The nature of the role - you will be reporting to the Head of Portfolio Office and be responsible for maintaining business reporting mechanisms which provide transparent view of the health of the Portfolio. Additionally, you will gather portfolio date and translate into usable insights, sharing these insights with Workstream heads, Directors and Senior Stakeholders. Also, you will create knowledge banks and support the Head of Portfolio with the BAU running of a huge Portfolio office.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience to the above, coupled with experience of working in a fast-paced and complex Portfolio or large PMO Office. Experience of Project Management and working in a large company environment is seen as highly desirable.
