Job Title : PMO Senior Co-ordinator

Salary: £35,000pa

Location: Central Sheffield

Job Purpose

To co-ordinate the activity of the Portfolio Office team in their day to day activities to enable portfolio change.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain the Service Catalogue for the Portfolio
  • Maintain the project pipeline tracker
  • Manage Portfolio Office Communication Plan
  • Create and manage aggregated project plans - Plan on a Page portfolio views
  • Dependency Management tracking
  • Create and manage aggregated RAID, trend analysis and management reporting
  • Liaise with Centre of Excellence to co-ordinate knowledge management processes
  • Lessons Learned collation and analysis reporting for Senior Management
  • Process mapping of Coordination function activity
  • Overall management of collation and storage of process documentation.
  • Review and audit of Portfolio Plans
  • Running processes in line with the published guidance
  • Managing administration processes that ensure accurate record keeping and compliance across multiple teams
  • Highlight and keep accurate records of potential risks, issues and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Adherence and delivery to tight deadlines as agreed with the Portfolio Office Manager
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Portfolio Office team as required
  • Line and task management of PMO Junior Coordinator
  • Advocate and support Portfolio Office processes and standards

  • Responsibilities will include
  • Co-ordination of Portfolio Office activity as agreed with the Portfolio Office Manager
  • Deputising for the Portfolio Office Manager as required
  • Implementation of risk management processes
  • Refine resource supply and demand
  • Produce and maintain Portfolio Office Process guide
  • Identifying areas for improvement, and working with colleagues to implement
  • Working as part of a team to ensure we maintain quality of delivery
  • Liasion with Bid team, Sales, Heads of Delivery and key stakeholders
