PMO Coordinator
6 month contract
£300 per day

I am currently on the lookout for a PMO Coordinator to join a client of mine based in London. This is a 6-month contract.


  • Supporting Project Managers in adhering to the programme standards and procedures
  • Support the change manager in running the change function
  • Provide accurate and timely information across projects and programmes
  • Support all aspects of project reporting, including RAID management, milestones and dependency reporting.
  • Maintain the content of the Key PMO documents and manuals.
  • Responsible for PMO diary management and booking meeting rooms.


  • Previous experience of working in a Programme Office and/or Change Team
  • Highly organised
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience of producing project and programme documentation e.g risk and issue registers
  • Experience with working with document repositories e.g. SharePoint
  • Strong skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Experience with MS Project
