My client are looking to appoint multiple talented individuals into their Pensions team in the Administration/Technician role.

Working with a FTSE 250 company, you will join a nationwide organisation who provide pension services to blue-chip clients across multiple sectors.

You will work with the senior staff members and team leaders to deliver key projects for clients, take ownership of the accuracy and quality of their work to provide customers with the best service in the market.

We are looking for candidates who have career aspirations to move into leadership positions. There is excellent opportunity to progress through the team, get industry-leading training to become a specialist in your area.

Your communication skills are essential in this position - communicating effectively with your team and client stakeholders is an important part of your role so you must have skills in written and verbal communication as well as great listening skills.

Building relationships with customers is a key aspect for individuals in this role; you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance these relationships.
