Business Assistant/Office Manager
Salary: £30k to £40k

I am currently working with a well-funded and award winning start-up on a Business assistant vacancy. My client is a provider of technology to a variety of different industry and their technology allows their customers to tackle higher complexity problems through the use of Knowledge engineering. You'll be joining a thriving company with the hunger for success and as a business assistant you will have a massive impact on the growth to ensure they become a global technology partner.
What to Expect? Primary responsibilities will include assisting the founders in the day to day running of the organisation in areas such as HR, admin, recruitment, office operations, social media/online presence, finance and others. This role would ideal suit someone that can wear many hats while the organisation is growing and come with unprecedented opportunity for growth.
Eligible Business Assistants will have an University Degree in a related subject with:

  • 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • Team player and the ability to learn new domains
  • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communications
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to ever changing business needs
  • Some interest in technology and eager to learn more around the topic and perhaps even coding!
  • Preferably knowledge in legislation around employment, GDPR and others
