MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer x2
Location: Remote
Rate £400 - £450 per day

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement DevOps Engineer will work within the DevOps team; undertaking analysis, development, data migration, testing and validation to deliver innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet the business requirements.
Configuration and customisation (code) within Workspace Agility is driven through a DevOps approach to provide reliable, maintainable deployments, with Scrum development, build and release of features through CI/CD.


Responsibilities
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing through communication, diagrams and other relevant artefacts - configuration and/or customisation code (preferably programmatically where possible) to provide a Customer Service based primarily on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan.
  • Design and develop end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement services and solutions.
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing and delivery of Dynamics 365 interface solutions to deliver value to the Workspace Agility service and customers.
  • Adhere to Best Practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
  • Understands and supports architectural standards, reference models, guidelines and principles.
  • Keeping abreast of product developments and improvements to determine the potential benefits and impacts to the product and roadmap.
  • Retrieving, managing and processing data from various data sources.
  • Custom Forms and Workflow design, development and implementation.
