Mobile Communications Administrator

My large, successful client are looking for a Mobile Communications Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of mobile service requests within SLA's and have extremely strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the Mobile Communication Administrator include:
* Assist in the allocation and control of mobile equipment, services and facilities
* Liaise with customers to provide advice and support
* Liaise with customers to assist with the return of surplus handsets
* To assist in the management of the mobile recycling process
* To manage 3rd party suppliers to provide a high standard of service delivery

Experience needed for the Mobile Communication Administrator includes:

* Good Technical skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
* Awareness of Voice and mobile networks.
* Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers
* Ability to proactively identify service improvements.
