Learning Consultant to work for a FTSE 100 organisation. Our customer is one of the largest British companies in the world and due to a new learning platform implementation within their learning division, they are now seeking a Learning Consultant to be based working from home.

The nature of the role:
Lead on the creation of virtual delivery programmes to enable a transfer from face to face delivery to virtual delivery using Adobe Captivate LMS and Adobe Connect. You will bring to the role an innovative, enthusiastic, and pro-active approach and will play a critical role in developing innovative approaches to delivering virtual learning programmes. You will be responsible for:

  • The setup of Adobe Captivate LMS to support delivery of programmes
  • The creation of learner pathways for programmes within Adobe Captivate LMS
  • Populating learner pathways with all the required learning resources to enable a seamless and highly effective learning experience
  • Administer Adobe Captivate LMS, including setting up courses, recording attendance, uploading material, building reports
  • Ensuring that all materials created by Trainers/Learning Content Author/Digital Learning Designer meet required standards and support learning delivery
  • Taking the lead on all aspects of the transition to programme delivery within Adobe product suite.
  • Providing regular project updates to Programme Director to ensure all deliverables met within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure the consistency, quality, and accuracy of content

Skills/experience required

  • Fully conversant with Adobe Captivate LMS and experience in all aspects of transferring face to face delivery to virtual platforms and methodologies
  • Instructional design, systematically designing, developing and delivering instructional products and experiences, both digital and physical, in a consistent and reliable fashion to create efficient, effective, appealing, engaging and inspiring learning experiences.
  • Use of the ADDIE model with the five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
  • Project management
