Junior Project Manager

Our client is looking for a self-motivated Junior Project Manager, with at least a year of commercial experience managing projects using agile methodologies, who shares our values in collaboration, creativity and innovative ideas.

They require you to be passionate about delivering high quality projects, managing multiple work streams and have excellent communication skills.

The company is searching for a person who has excellent third-party management skills, as you will be required to understand the demands of managing the delivery of internal development streams as well as third party integrations.


As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Creating and delivering project work plans for small/medium sized projects, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

* Delivering software development projects using agile methodologies.

* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to understand client's requirements and provide updates on project progress.

* Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).

* Documenting technical requirements for existing and new projects based on summary requirements from clients.

* Converting technical requirements documents into a series of features, user stories and tasks for developers to complete within sprints.

* Scheduling and running sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings.

* Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.

* Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)

You will need to have the following skills/experience:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience managing projects with an agile development team.

* Experience producing project documentation.

* Good experience communicating and working with third parties.

* Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.

* Ability to work in a team.

* Excellent time management skills.

* Computer skills with experience in Word/Excel or similar tools.

* Educated to degree level.

* GCSE Maths & English A*-C.
