IT Trainer (Software Development)
IT Trainer to work for a global software house and industry leading service provider. Our customer has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT trainer to join a successful training programme. The role will require an IT trainer to create, develop and deliver a programme of courses/workshops intended to develop graduates and young professionals into entry level software developers.
As an IT trainer - you will be involved in the development and delivery of a full range of training materials as well as designing and producing training guides. You will deliver all forms of training (one-to-one, small groups) and carry out training needs analysis, as well as identifying new training areas, and managing risks.
This position will be based in one of their major London offices.
Training and mentoring graduates throughout their training programme, ensuring learning objectives are met and dealing with their day to day problems can be challenging but very rewarding.
- Day to day mentoring and training of graduates while they participate in their training programme. Development and Testing
- Taking the role of project manager in the real-world projects that form the practical part of the programme
- Recommend and implement updates to the programme
- Ensure the wellbeing of the graduates while participating in the programme
- Invigilate various exams
The ideal candidate will have experience of training individuals in software development languages such as C# and Java. Experience of the software development life-cycle is needed. Ideally you will come from a development background and will have moved into the training field.
