I am currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a rapidly expanding, industry leading, managed services organisation in the Cambridge area.
Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a self-starting candidate to join the support team; you will be supporting the latest cutting edge technology in the data storage sector. Dealing with customer queries within a quick turnaround, whilst also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The company currently has an 85% success rate in same-day fixes, along with a 100% success rate in fixing issues within SLA times.
- Strong experience with Windows Server
- Exchange skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Virtualisation systems (in particular Hyper-V) would be highly beneficial
- Experience with Azure will be highly beneficial
