You will join this Public Sector client in a period of growth.


The Estates Business Service is led by the EBS Operations Manager who reports in to the Head of Unified Communications.

The candidate will be reporting into EBS Operations Manager.

The team consists of 6 team member's, 2 Network Engineers, 2 Project Managers and 2 System Support Analyst.

Here's a brief overview of the responsibilities are as follows:

  • First and Second Line Support for Estates IT systems
  • Management of Estates IT service desk
  • Application support for all Estates Users (420+ staff)
  • SQL data bases administration and support SQL cluster
  • Project management, Enterprise IT systems and New System or upgrades
  • Business Continuity for Enterprise systems
  • Estates IT P1 Incident management

The Estates IT Support Manager will be accountable for the support of Estates IT Applications and Enterprise systems in use across the Trust.

This includes the management of any Application and Enterprise system issues or requests raised through the Service Desk ticketing system within agreed Service Level Targets.

Responsible for the development and subsequent maintenance of the Enterprise System roadmap.

Responsible for the process and management of applications packaging and deployment of applications into operational use for those applications that are the responsibility of CUH.

Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the Application and Enterprise system support service across a 24-7 365 service window including direct responsibilities of staff working within the team.
