IT Support Manager/Head of Service Management required to join an expanding software house in the Malvern area.

Joining as an IT Support Manager you'll report directly to the IT Director, he's looking for someone to come in and take over the day to day management of the support/operations teams (currently a team of 4) and implement processes to improve incident response and day to day service management. This is a position where you'll have quite a lot of autonomy from the outset to implement your own ideas and make changes that you see necessary. Ideally they're looking for someone to come in and 'show them how it's done'.

They're looking to see people from a varied background, it'd be great if you had experience as either a support manager/incident manager/service manager and are looking for your next challenge. Being a software house it's predominately going to be application support. The position is mostly hands-off.
