1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer
£90 per day
6 Months
We are looking for an enthusiastic, technical IT Support Engineer who can manage tickets, not just log them. Can you manage an incident? Do you have technical knowledge? Basic troubleshooting skills? Strong communications skills are absolutely necessary.
Other duties for the 1st and 2nd Line Engineer include:
App up-grade testing
To provide clarity on usage anomalies highlighted
To ensure real-time fix is implemented
Laundry Logic issues and Card writing
Resolve any system issues
Data entry and install
New site on line work flow
Despatch notifications
Add to spread sheets
Receive photos from installers
Update data points on spread sheets and notify field Development Managers
Portal to be managed and improved as required
Co-operate with all departments to ensure maximum service experience to end users
