An exciting and urgent requirement has arisen for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join the growing IT Support team of a market-leading healthcare organisation.

The organisation is a specialist in providing care to the most vulnerable in the UK - offering in-house and community-based support to enable clients to maintain independence. They are consistently growing year-on-year and continue to consolidate their position as market-leaders through the acquisition of smaller companies to widen their influence throughout the UK. With these acquisitions comes a need for the company to integrate IT systems into the organisations, meaning an ever-increasing user base for which their IT Support team are responsible.

Joining the company at an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support on all IT Applications, Systems and hardware used by their operational and central business functions. This role will be working as part of an IT Service Desk Team of 5 technicians and will be the 1st point of call for all IT Incidents, Requests and queries. You'll be responsible for ensuring all tickets are dealt with from start to finish with a focus on excellent Customer Service and quality. The role will work closely with other IT Support functions with a focus on Mobile Device support and Operational specific application support. You'll be responsible for supporting a wide range of end users from Branch staff to senior management, and ideally have a strong background in Application Support. To be successful in this role, you will be experienced working to 1st and 2nd Line Support levels with some experience support bespoke applications.

This IT Service Desk Analyst role will be based in the organisation's Greater Manchester offices and comes with a salary up to £22,000pa basic.
