IT Service Architect

IT Service Architect to work for a leading organisation, due to growth and winning some major business they are looking to bring on an IT Service Architect, to design, develop and implement IT services to meet business requirements.

The role will be reporting out of the nearest local office to your location, with travel to customer sites, UK Wide.

The nature of the role for the IT Service Architect will be to lead in the design of IT Services, implementing ITIL Service Management processes, tools and frameworks. The IT Service Architect will be responsible for translating customer requirements and contractual obligations into a Service Design ensuring these are done to SLA'S and OLA's, on for the basis of transition into BAU. The IT Service Architect will produce or update the customer specific contractual agreement (Service Level Agreement) and gain sign off from the customer; understanding any service risks, dependencies and issues that exist and the impact that these may have on the project, whilst mitigating those within their scope.

The ideal IT Service Architect will be an experienced IT Architect with proven ITIL service management experience, the IT Service Architect will have proven experience in designing, developing and implementing sustainable and scale-able service management processes and procedures. The IT Service Architect will have strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM toolsets. The IT Service Architect will have come from a service provider background with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
