Programme Manager (Home Based) Managed Services

Programme Manager with managed services experience delivering a range of infrastructure projects to work for a leading FTSE100 organisation. Due to growth and winning a number of key projects, they are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with strong customer facing experience, to oversee the delivery of a range of infrastructure and virtualisation projects to the clients. This is a home based role with UK Wide Travel and office based in London.

As this is a home-based role, you will be required to travel to customer sites which are UK Wide and also office based in London. Please ensure you are happy to travel UK Wide before applying.

The nature of the role for the Programme manager is to oversee the delivery of a range of projects, managing a number of project managers, delivering a number of infrastructure and some software development projects, delivering to customers and working in a customer facing / professional services environment. As programme manager you are responsible for the programme delivery and professional implementation of IT business solutions. You are going to be working within the professional services team working on a number of various projects across a wide range of technology streams in an organisation providing consultancy and technology services as a key supplier.

The ideal programme manager will be an experienced programme manager with at least 8 year's experience working on delivering infrastructure and virtualisation projects end to end within a professional services / customer facing environment. The ideal programme manager will have experience of managing a small team of project managers. You will be an experience programme manager with a strong governance focus and people management skills (both line and matrix) management. As programme manager you need to be commercially strong and financially focused plus strong senior management stakeholder skills.

You MUST have a valid UK driving License due to this being a position with Travel.
