Information Security Manager (CISM)

Information Security Manager to join a well-established large business, overseeing and leading from the front on Information security management. The information security manager will join this business ensuring the implementation and management of information security systems, working from the offices just south of Birmingham.

The nature of the role for the information security manager will be to lead on all this information security including implementation and managing ISMS. The information security manager will be creating and implementing information systems that are adhere to ISO27001 and GDPR as well as managing the initiatives of the Information Security workstreams. The information security manager will work with IT Teams and integrating new information security systems, collaborating with various areas of the business to ensure they are compliant and introduce new best practises.

The Ideal Information Security Manager will be CISM Qualified and have previous proven experience of working as an information security manager, designing, implementing and managing all things information security. The information security manager will have experience of implementing ISO27001 managing and implementing Information security systems. The Information Security Manager will have strong stakeholder management experience as well as team management experience with excellent communication skills. The information Security Manager will have experience of working for a large services style organisation and will be happy to travel to different offices.
