A leading organisation based in the heart of Manchester City Centre currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Systems Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for you as a knowledgeable HR Systems Manager to join a well established and consistently growing company who specialise in providing charitable support to vulnerable members of the community.

The successful HR Systems Manager can expect to receive a basic salary of £45,000-£50,000, dependent on level of experience, as well as a company pension scheme and a generous annual leave allowance.

You will be responsible for helping to optimise the overall functionality of the current Midland iTrent system as well as directly managing the system vendor. Other key responsibilities will include;

  • Stakeholder management
  • Project Management- ensuring the correct working methodologies are applied correctly
  • Business Analysis
  • Incident/Change/Problem Management
  • Knowledge management

Required skills & experience;

  • Strong knowledge & experience with HR Systems- preferably iTrent but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work on your own accord as well as under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to convey technical issues in easy to understand terminology
  • Ability to prioritise customer requirements
